Ideal hotel, favourable location in the area for a tournament at Spooky Nook and pleasant staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator. Paid US$ 103.

It was not worth the money. The breakfast was poor. Not clean. I have stayed at the Hyet, Hampton, and other hotels at a better rate. In addition, there hotels had better rooms and breakfast extremely disappointed.

convenience to our family we visited

The maid put the tv remote under the refrigerator and could not find it.

The shower was inconsistent, but the outdoor pool was a relaxing escape.

Everyone was just great and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was also good.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We were accommodated earlier than their check in time. Our requests for an extra bed at no extra charge was granted. The beds were so comfortable, including the twin size roll away additional bed we requested. The room was spacious enough to accommodate 3 adults & 1 teen. The flat screen tv was a plus! The included breakfast in the morning was very good. Bathroom was upscale & included toiletries with hairdryer, iron & ironing board in the closet area. Nice decor throughout the hotel to include baskets of crisp apples for guests in the lobby. We were impressed & best of all no hidden fees. I recommend this hotel!

The room I occupied was quite spacious. The housekeeping staff maintained a pristine environment.

I felt there could be more amenities in the common areas.

The heater vibrated all night and the refrigerator motor hummed all noght - it never cut out. The condenser for the hater and air conditioner was right outside our window and it ran throughout the night. It was like sleeping in a truck stop. It was not quiet and we got very little sleep.

The location of the venue is particularly good, so close to a tournament, restaurants and local attractions and local attractions.

The convenient access to Overlook Park, just over 2 km away. I also loved that Landis Mill Covered Bridge was only about 1.5 km away, great for another picturesque stroll through history right around the corner.

It was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The morning mealtime was a bit crowded and didn't seem to flow very well. We were, however, grateful for it. We will definitely stay with your hotel chain again, as long as it meets Lancaster's standards.

The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The front desk staff were particularly helpful, assisting with my check-in quickly and efficiently. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety, and the location was convenient for accessing local businesses. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

Had an amazing weekend getaway with friends! We enjoyed golfing nearby and even took a golf lesson. The hotel had great amenities, a nice outdoor pool, and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our only downside was that the check-in process was slightly slow during peak hours, but it didn't ruin our trip.
